Next step

Tell me who decides what to buy.

If that answer takes more than one sentence, there's probably an engagement here. An hour on a call is usually enough to know whether it's worth paying for — and if it isn't, I'll say so.

Send a note

A few fields, not a qualification gauntlet.

The more specific, the better the first call. If you came from the diagnostic, your answers are already here.

I read everything myself and usually reply within a business day. No sequence, no newsletter, no CRM nurture track.

Before you write

Three things worth knowing.

01

The first call is free and short

Thirty to sixty minutes. I'll ask about who decides what to buy, how long the cycle takes, and what your service number is. By the end of it we'll both know whether a diagnostic is worth your money.

02

I'll tell you if it's not a fit

If you're already disciplined, or the problem is really an ERP replacement, or you'd be better served licensing a platform — I'd rather say that on the first call than three weeks into an engagement.

03

Nothing you send goes anywhere else

No list, no sequence, no third-party enrichment. If we don't work together, you won't hear from me again unless you write back.
